Black Delta Trading Pty Ltd (Black Delta) were a Melbourne-based games development studio that produced KartKraft. In 2021 they were acquired by Motorsport Games and their head of studio, Zach Griffin, promoted to Director of Technology at Motorsport Games. Black Delta was renamed Motorsport Games Australia. Motorsport Games Australia have been quietly working behind the scenes for years on the licensed IndyCar title, and left KartKraft users feeling a little abandoned in the process despite a “full release” branding exercise for KartKraft in January, 2022.
