Activation issue

Hello,
Despite being told I have been reactivated, rFactor is still looking for payment when I try to start the game. A new activation key has been downloaded to C-drive Program files. Why doesn't it work? Thanks.

1. In My Computer->Tools->Folder Options view tab, enable "Show hidden files and folders".

2. Delete the trymedia license folder located in "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data" on Windows XP or "C:\ProgramData" on Vista/7

3. Run rFactor and activate it by following these instructions using your 32 digit activation code you received from trymedia.
