A friend of mine has a strange problem when activating rFactor:
System is Windows 7, rFactor is started with option "Run as Administrator", rFactor is "v1255 Full Installer", not the G25 version.
The whole unlock/activation process seems to run fine and at the end he gets the congratulation message which says that rfactor is now unlocked/activated and the game starts.
First time, when he entered the coupon code, he received the confirmation email with the activation code.
After quitting the game and starting it again, rFactor says that it is not unlocked/activated.
Looking into the Trymedia folder we can see that there are files but there is no file in the license subfolder.
Trying to reactivate rFactor with the activation code looks the same, everything seems to work fine but after exiting and starting rFactor again it is not activated and there is no file in the license subfolder.
We tried to delete Trymedia folder, do a reinstall, but nothing changed.
Can someone help please?
