adding a car and track

Hello,

I have just installed rfactor 1 and caant for the life of find out how to add a car and track.

I want to add the clio cup car and brands hatch gp

can anyone point me in the right direction.

You're asking for advice about a 9 year old sim. You need more patience before you get annoyed.

About adding content I can only give you the genral advice to look up the directory structure in the archive you downloaded. You can see it will match with some directories in your rFactor install. Extract the archive there accordingly and you should be ready to go.

If you have trouble give us the links to the content you want to add and we can give you more specific advice.

Can it be that you don't have the needed content?

Then i first would suggest to e.g. search these sites: rfactorcentral.com and VirtualR
and google and other search engines are your friends too ;).

And when you have got the wanted things, do what crz said or search this forum, where you will find some threads with detailed instructions.

And, by the way, you are right, this really is a helpful forum :)
 
A bit of patience and some good ol' googling goes a long way for sure. :)
