AI always the same laptime

Hi everyone:

My question is if someone has any knowledge about to make that when you active AI Driving,the AI does the same lap times every lap.

For example,when you press I,and it starts a lap,when it finish it makes 1:21:521 and in the next lap,it makes again 1:21:521

And another question that maybe someone could answer me,at what number of revs the AI changes?If I have 7500 as rev limit,it changes when it reach the rev limit?

I was thinking in for do that,maybe I have to erase fuel consumption and tyre waste,what do you think?
 
I have no knowledge on the subject but is this an issue on 1 track or all?
different tracks have different AI paths and thingy's. try an ISI track for testing maybe.
 
I would say that it is not possible.
Even when you modify the AI settings in the different files PLR, AIW, TDF, Talent.

I guess that ISI created the AI in a way that they drive "like humans" which means that they differ in behaviour each lap, to make the races more realistic and not so boring. And that this is hardcoded.
