AIW CAM editor/ Windows 8.1 - does not work

It won't work. :(

Any tips? I deleted the plugins folder, but to no avail. I really need it, because I constantly need to tweak the AIW. What can I do?

I have rfactor2 is it possible to do it with rfactor2?
