Animated Flags.

Hi all! I create a animated flag. The flag works OK and looks good :), but i had a problem, if i export file from 3dsmax and try to load track i get a material error, i open file with 3dsimed and edit material, select texture for flag and then load OK.
there is a problem with my material settings in 3dsmax. please take a look at screenshot and let me know if something is wrong.
