Are these mods any good?

I came across two mods that drew my attention (because they feature historical cars) but I cannot find any information about them in English websites or forums.

The first one is called Historic Cars and can be found at some Spanish blog:

And the second one is Lemans Series PT 1960 (LM PT60) and can be downloaded from website (also Spanish):

Has anyone tried them out already and could post some comments about them (especially about physics)?
 
Historic cars is so good we need to invent a new word. I don't know if that site has the latest version (1.96), so it's best to go to the official forum:

I haven't used the Le Mans Series mod so I have no opinion on that.
 
So that History Cars mod is actually the famous mod by HistorX team? I didn't know about it. Looks like we need to find out about that LM PT60 mod - maybe somebody will test it and share his opinion here.
