Could anyone please tell me what the 'attrition' figure is for in the gdb file? Can I use it to increase or decrease car failures?

Attrition rate, will indeed drop a few more cars out. it sort of percentage of failures for that race.but most people seems to leave it at default. me I like to make it small percentage.
