Autostart FPS counter?

I'll be honest, I'm sick and tired of hitting CTRL+F. I have no reason personally to ever want it off.

Is it possible to have this stay on automatically?

If nothing within rFactor, how about another program or script that will turn it on so I don't have to. I feel like I'm being water-boarded.

I want the option to permanently enable the FPS counter without having to turn it on manually everytime I hit the track.

AutoHotkey should do the trick. :)

The problem is it would be tricky to automate because it needs to send a Ctrl+F once you are in RealTime. A plugin would probably do a better job of automating than AutoHotkey because it would know when you go real time and then send the key then.

Out of curiosity, why are you so instant on see the framerate at all times?

Because I want to always have at least 100+ FPS. Anything below 100 and I get headaches and more importantly I have issues with wheel to FPS sync which causes additional tire scrub. With the counter up I can see if it's dipping below so I know when to adjust.

Also, there are some plugins that don't work well without FPS turned on.

Ultimately, I always need it on.
