Bug or something more?

We´ve been seeing this results on a specific member:

<ControlAndAids startLap="1" endLap="1">MixedControl</ControlAndAids>
<ControlAndAids startLap="2" endLap="22">AIControl</ControlAndAids>
<ControlAndAids startLap="23" endLap="23">MixedControl</ControlAndAids>

and

<ControlAndAids startLap="1" endLap="6">MixedControl</ControlAndAids>
<ControlAndAids startLap="7" endLap="8">AIControl</ControlAndAids>
<ControlAndAids startLap="9" endLap="10">MixedControl</ControlAndAids>
<ControlAndAids startLap="11" endLap="13">AIControl</ControlAndAids>

Our servers are allways configured to not allow AI control.
So, can this be a bug or something more?

PS- Allways same driver.
 
Can you elaborate... I mean how the cheater was caught out so others can spot them.
 
Well, i will not elaborate too much since i dont want kids/noobs to understand how to do it. Just say that it refers to using AI control on server configured not to allow.....tires....grip.....blablbalbalbla
