Can I use Plugins as spectator?

Hi guys.

I have a question.
I use for rFactor the cdtp-Plugin, to see the lap time...tire temperature...engine temperature...track map and many more. But when i go as spectator on the server...i can not use the plugin. When I record the race...i click only on the monitor and i see my plugin.
Have anyone a idea, how i can use a plugin as spectator, because when i go on the server i can not see the plugin.
maybe i must write anything on a editor-file or something. i hope you can help me.

when record a race as spectator you can not use a plugin only can be used when you are in the server what you can do is record live timing set rfactor in windows mode and record as a a specator with a liitle screen som live timing ? that maybe work you can only record what your screen show i now
