Cannot reactivate my rfactor account

Hello guys,

I've got a big problem, regarding to the reactivation of my rfactor account:

After I had to clean my harddisk from strange data changes, I want to install rFactor on my PC now.

But my problem is, that I cant do it. I paid it by paypal. After starting rFactor, I click the button calling that I paid for it before, then I clicked on the button, that I dont have the code of my bill anymore (sorry for having not the right words for it, Ive got a german installation). Afterwards I write my emailadress and then it tells me, that the system cant recognize my emailadresse, although it is the right one (also checked the capitalisation, nothing wrong).

I know, that I bought it on rFactor's official page, so there cant be things like this. Did anybody have this problem before? How can I solve it?

I have the same problem. I have 2 email addresses and the request account info didn't recognize either one:

So I registered a new account; I have previously purchased both rF1 and rF2.
