Can't see any vehicles in the vehicle select interface

So I tried to put in a new skin to the Open Wheel Challenge 2006 mod. It also happens to the Lexus IS-F mod and has happened before to other mods, I forgot how I fixed them.

I opened rFactor and there were no vehicles to choose from. I took off the skin and it made no difference. I was absent from rfactor for a week or so prior to this.
I had a career that I was working on before this happened.

Any known fixes?

Okay after seeing this again I glossed over the OP, and missed what exactly is going on.

Have you tried the ISI_BABYFACTORY cheat? Perhaps you don't have enough experience for them to show?

for the OWChallenge06.rfm
Open it
This is what your filters should read:
"Vehicle Filter = OR: FormulaIS AcademyRacer rF3"
Otherwise
Run rf as "*rFactor\rFactor.exe trace=5"
open trace.txt that is generated in *\rFactor\UserData\LOG
Do a search for "OW", or just browse to see if you can't pick out any errors.
 
In addition to lordpantsington's post... Have you checked/changed your config.ini (VehiclesDir entry) to make sure the game is looking in the correct folder for vehicles? Are you even sure the vehicles folder didn't get accidentally deleted?
 
Found the cure.

I was browsing through a copy of rFactor when I noticed that in the GameDate/Vehicles folder there were a lot of raw files missing. It didn't affect any of the mods because they didn't rely on them. Now it works. Thanks anyway guys!
