Car jumps in garage

I have problem with some cars, jumping in the garage/pits. The cars are not converted from GTR2, so the exponent is not the problem, they are ok.

I am talking about a car from the Historic mod with modified physis. But I can't find the problem.

I haven't done much modding, but I soon got myself garage-bouncing-cars after playing with the bump stop figures. In my case I had increased the RisingSpring rates quite high (another order of magnitude on top of what you have there) but depending how things interact I'd imagine the 'limit' could move a bit. If I remember the comment correctly the BumpTravel figure is 'the distance to the bump stop at zero ride height and zero packers' - are you sure -0.125 and -0.145 are correct? (you need 12.5cm ride height at the front, 14.5cm at the rear, to stay off the rubbers) Given that the car sort of 'drops' into position in the garage I'd be looking at those first.
 
I am having the same problem. In my case, I am working on a kart mod, and when I reduce the mass, the kart suddenly starts flipping in the garage. Did you have any luck figuring out the cause?
 
This can also be bad aiw file for the track, if the garage sots in the aiw were manually edited or if the terrain where the garage spots are was moved after aiw creation, then it can cause the cars to bounce. Make sure to test it on a few different tracks before you start editing any car files. Preferably test it on the default isi tracks.
 
It could be material naming problem (track or car) or bad aiw file, as mianiak mentioned.

I've run several times this problem with tracks, which I've tested during modelling and found out some material naming error in 3dsmax material roll out... If car is stuck and bouncing (cannot drive it back or forward), it's probably track related material or aiw problem. Otherwise I would check car's material naming. To narrow problem, check car out with default isi track if it works as designed.
 
I think I've fixed it by reducing the BumpTravel, ex. instead of BumpTravel=-0.125 I used BumpTravel=-0.0625, or something like this :)
 
Hmm, if values for that parameter are for you like "or something like this", maybe you just shouldn't modify physics, if you don't know what you are doing? ;)
 
Usually I don't modify physics. I've tried to find a solution for this problem, at least it helped. :D
