cheating

Hello im new to this Rfactor and I run a small league in uk oval racing. we have some issue with people cheating they can enter server with out having miss match but 2 people are really quick and its not just there driving. also been told they have been booted from other league for cheating. Is the any way of check to see what there are doing through Team viewer and where do I start to look?

Any help or advise would be appreciated
 
You could also try a short-cut and contact the league the guys where banned from and ask for info.
 
if 2 drivers enter a rf1 server and have the same name and crash into other drivers/cars no admins on server can boot them or ban them only way to do that is if someone are behind the dedicated server window can do it

this drivers can also use ram cheat or use AI on server set AI as lowest % as rf allow
