Clubsport pedals rates setting

I just received my new pedals, I can't find any info if the rates in the controller setting in rfactor should be set to. Throttle rates, deadzone, ect. thanks
 
Thanks, I had the TSW wheel and pedals and I could never get full throttle, was always slower than everybody. You could give someone your setup and the would out run you down the straight away. I bought the clubsports hoping to solve my problem and thought you had to set them up like the tsw's.
