Config.ini Looping on Startup

The config.ini file continues to loop upon start up of rfactor1.exe, i enter my screen details etc, press OK. And it disappears for a second and comes back. I have uninstalled the game and re installed it and it keeps happening.

A patch or fix would be good!!

Please help, rfactors my life haha :)

do you mean the rF Config.exe?
