Hello all,
I have a selection of motors that might work well as FFB motors. I have some smaller motors with integral controller with Canbus for encoder output and torque control, 4Q, continuous 1NM and 2.5NM peak. These would do nicely belted down at 5:1 i would think.
My question is about interfacing a canbus device like these motors with the PC for FFB signal and shaft encoder output... How would one determine whats required here?
The motors are Dunkermotoren BG75x50PI using MiCan usb adapter.
I also have some PMSM servos that would make great direct drives, athough some peak at ~60NM....!
