CTRL-F Frame Rate Automatically on Track Load

Is there a .PLR or other configuration file entry to get the CTRL-F frame rate automatically displayed in the upper-right corner on track load? I have some mods w/shaders flash in cockpit view unless frame rate is displayed, so I'd rather just have it enabled all the time.

Yes this needs to be standard (maybe in an advanced options)

A pedal gauge too
(Small box to show pedal travel/pressure) think there are plugs ins for these but would be nice if its simply built in
