iv tryed the torque filter adjustment but nothig seems to help when i run off the track in rf2 my wheel shakes relay relay bad to the point im scared it will break somthing can som1 plz help
 
I run mine (depending on the car) .85 to .95 and it is good on the road. The FFB output offroad is a bit exaggerated I think. Anything below .95 makes it bearable to me.

Joshua, I have a DFGT too. These are my settings:

Steering effects strength="7000"
Off-road multiplier="0.05"
Steering torque filter="16"

It's really important to set the off-road multiplier very low. The filter at 16 probably flattens the feel too much for most people, but I find it's necessary to smooth out the jerking wheel.

If that makes the car feel too loose (it probably will), then also set:

Steering torque sensitivity="2"

Anyway, those four variables are what you need to fiddle with.
