Error when starting rFactor

I downloaded and installed rFactor on someone elses computer. When he goes to use it, he gets an error when he starts rFactor:

rfactor.exe.system error
the program cant start because dbxMotionConfigWrapper.dll is missing from your computer.

Does anyone know what i have to do to fix this?

Thanks in advance.
 
My first instinct would be to re-install directX or play with directX settings in the config. If that doesn't work, re-install the game.
