g27 wheel trouble

i have just installed the demo and the ff seems like it is reversed. pushes when it should be pulling. Also my wheel is much slower than the in car wheel. I am at 90 and the in car is at 20. I had all usb un plugged except the wheel, pedals and mouse. Thanks for any help.

First off reverse the FFB within rfactor. it should be minus %

Wheel thingy, not sure, isn't that VSync? turn it on or off in the RF Config.exe and see if it changes.
