Help! With USB issue please.

Hey all, using a button plate on my wheel with a Bodnar BU0836nc controller.
This has ended up being plugged into one of the USB 3.0 ports on my Windows 7 PC.
The problem is the controller is only recognised in one of the two USB 3.0 ports and is lost on PC startup. I have to unplug and replug in the device when the PC is running.
I've tried reinstalling usb drivers, Bios legacy settings etc.
When the USB 3.0 controller is disabled in the bios the button plate is not recognised in any other USB 2.0 socket on the PC!
All my other USB devices which include other Bodnar controllers work and start up fine in any USB port perfectly.
Any ideas appreciated, thanks in advance.

There was a problem with an update for win 8.1, with usb 3.0 ports. Not sure, if this could affect win7 updates, too. I would advise to check your mobo suppliers website for usb driver updates.

//Edit: would be worth to check, if other usb devices are connected to the same usb (PC) controller, too.

Thanks for the quick replies guys.
Juergen you where correct, installed the new Eltron USB 3.0 drivers and the Bodnar controller now starts up with Windows!

Thanks again, Mark.
