How to Disable refueling in f1 mod ?

Hello
i have problem in all f1 mod for rfactor
when the car go to pit to change the tires the crow make along long refueling
and the fule gauge Unchangeable still 0
i try 8 mod 2011 . 2012 . 2013 and same problem
so how to Disable refueling please

i need the pit just for change tires . how to do that ?
and the rft 2012 same problem in video .
 
Part I don't see in your image is Fuel in the hud pit menu. Only thing I suggest is reinstall rFactor because there could be a possibility a mod of some kind had overwritten some rF files
