How to remove the RFE plugin?

Hi All!! I'd like to remove the rfe weather plugin. I race offline and have it installed, while my fellow offliners do not. I'm thinking that this might be a disadvantage to me. So, I'd like to remove it from my rfactor1 sim.

How is this done?
 
From the Subfolder Plugins, remove the Folder RFE and the 3 dll Files that are named RFE....
That should remove the RFE Functionality.
