hello!its my first day here!but i need your help...
1.how to create a track?what program ill gonna use?
2.can i recreate a open world place(like liberty city form gta iv)?can i also recerate the traffic?my friend told me that it needs a had scripting..can you teach me thats script if i can do the traffic in rfactor?
3.how to do scripting in rfactor?what program ill will use?its easy or hard for a beginner?

1. 3dsmax and you need to place a plugin in order to export your tracks to rfactor http://rfactor.net/web/rf1/devcorner/ . There are no complete tutorials how to design tracks, you need to ask that on "3dsmax forums" because the ones available made from rfactor users are not great and very few. You can also try Bob Track Builder but you wont be able to make complicated tracks with it without funny tricks.
2. You can make a place like Liberty City but you wont be able to make a trafic
3. there is no scripting to add trafic or anything like that
