Issue with flickering and rough lines

Hello community,

As in rfactor as in GSC extreme, I have had for some time since I upgraded to an ATI HD7970 a lot of flickering and the white lines in the tracks, as well as the cockpit lines are very unregular the the point that I found the experience frustrating in both games.

I have everything set to max and wanted to know if someone experienced the same.
