List of switches/extensions for rFactor.exe?

Hi folks!

Was searching for a complete list of extensions/switches for "rFactor.exe" but no such luck. I know a couple, like [+fullproc] for multicore usage e.g., but I suspect there are loads of other goodies.

I'm grateful for any pointers or tips regarding this.
