I had exported an object with 'omni' checked but its texture still wouldn't lit at night. When I'm using 'default' as shader option for all levels (DX7-DX9) and without 'omni' checked, the texture is perfectly lit.
There is a tool in Shader Pack called flag setter.
It supports only one flag actually - lit at night. Additionally it can generate LodIn and LodOut for GMT files.
