Locked out of full game

I bought rFactor on Steam when it first release and just now it has locked me out of the game. Any time that I try to go onto the game now it says "You have 60 minutes left! rFactor is ready!". When I click "Start Trial" it says I have to buy the full game and when I click "I have already paid" it locks up. No idea why this is happening.

Edit: Never mind. Deleting the rFactor folder and reinstalling the game fixed it.
