I don't think that is possible to lock MAS Files, but there is a way to lock the GMT files that are in the MAS. So there is a small chance to stop using your Material by other. But after 5 Minutes in Google somebody how wants to unlock, there will find the way.

You need to send a mail to ISI directly, generally Gjon crypt the mas file for you !!
