Making rosters in game

Hello, I'm new, and I've been fiddling with this. I already searched and had turned up nothing, is it possible to create a series of cars, much like you would in NR2003. Ones you can race against and have their own skins, outside of the cars that come with the mod?

On a side note, do templates for the Formula 1 AL 2014 v2 mod exist, if that doesn't give my intentions away.

The Internet is full of Information about how to get own teams/cars/Skins.... into rFactor.
Are you sure that you've searched already? :)
