More grass/foliage issues...

The gMotor exporter is doing something weird to my meshes. It seems to be reducing the polys somewhat (un)intelligently. (top half of images are from 3DSMax viewport, bottom from the rFactor viewer)

As you can see by the attached images, my grass meshes, which were 2 polys tall, are being reduced to only 1 poly tall--which results in the nice bend in the grass to be removed, and they're nearly 'billboard' textures. Any idea what could be causing this?

The large grass plane (far left on 1st image) is also completely non-existent (although, it's been exported and added to the .scn file).

Finally, it could just be the FOV differences between the two software, but the proportions also seem to be messed up when exported and brought into the game engine.

All of the meshes have been collapsed to Editable Polys, and reset Xforms. I've also tried exporting to .obj and re-importing. Nothing seems to fix the issues.
