new nvidia driver problem

GEFORCE 331.82 DRIVER

i need some help here, just installed the latest nvidia graphic drivers. rfactor 1 will not start. keeps repeating the config screen. i reset the info. hit enter and it returns with not the the right settings.
rfactor2 and the rest of my puter operate fine. any ideas/fixes?

win 7 /64bit is my software.
 
Had that once with a second monitor connected - so chose single display in NV options and all worked again.
