New To rFactor

So I just bought rFactor 1. Have a few questions.

1. Will a PS4 controller work? Its wireless but put the charging cord on and its USB.

2. My computer has Windows 7, is rFactor going to work?

3. I mainly will be running dirt track and I know the base game doesn't have any. Are mods easy to get?

4. Since I don't have it installed yet I was wondering about career mode. Is the career only in the base game or can I get mods and do career mode?

PS4 wil work man, my Friend has it on rFactor and works just fine!
