I recently reinstalled Rfactor 1 after my hard drive failed.
Everything worked fine until i tried to race without the internet connected. When I tried to start Ractor 1 I kept getting the new activation screen. No matter how many times I uninstalled and re installed it would just keep getting the activation screen.
As soon as I connected the internet it worked straight away.
My first thought was I had all the wrong drivers installed so I dropped it off at my PC shop and got them to check everything was up todate ($75 later).
All done, bring it home uninstalled and reinstalled Rfactor 1 again and I still have the problem.
So I uninstalled Rfactor and purchased a brand new copy with a new licence (another $30)and I still have the problem.
Starting to get really annoyed now.....
Can anybody offer some advise on why this is happening
