No shadows in car mirrors

I just noticed, that I have no objects shadows (from buildings, other cars etc.) at all in car mirrors... I thought that maybe I have something turned off in PLR but didn't find anything about the issue.

Is it me or rF just doesn't support such "feature"?
 
I would assume that there isn´t a shadow in mirrors , due to the frame rate, because its simply not necessary to see shadows in the mirrors ;)
 
That's why they should be, but with on/off switch in the options menu (or directly in PLR) :)

So, no chance to turn them on? Let's assume I have too much fps and I'd like to spend them on some more graphical details ;)
