Not loading cars

Im having trouble with rfactor, the first issue was that it would load practice or a race, the game would stop working when the loading screen appeared. This was solved by running the game as administrator.

The real problem now is that only a few cars load, i noticed this to begin with, where i only had about 4 or 5 cars to choose from, and i didnt have the bmw f1 car (as i have the 2008 special edition) anyway, i installed a few mods, and now the only cars i can get are some 1978 f2 cars, nothing else, and not all of them are listed.

But all the files for the other cars are still in the gamedata folder.

What can i do?

my pc
amd athlon 2 triple core 3.3ghz
4gb ram
500gb hdd
ati radeon hd5750 performance edition gddr5 1gb
windows 7 32 bit.
 
Taking a guess here, load rf, click Payer, click racing series and either get out of All tracks and vehicles, or use All tracks and vehicles.
One of the options might prevent you from selecting installed mods.
