ntdll.dll crash on exit

Has anyone come across this and solved it? It doesn't really affect the sim until I exit then I get a ntdll.dll crash so it's just an annoyance. Sometimes it doesn't happen for days then it'll happen every time I exit the game for a few days.

I've tried removing plugins, running with and without TeamSpeak running, updated through several video drivers, run Windows Update... I can't find the common factor that causes it. I'm hoping that someone else knows the solution.

Do you use Win XP, Win 7 or Win 8? seems that my problem is solved with Win 8, but I can't test by myself.
