Yes but there is no native support. This means some fiddling and the result isn't perfect but still usable. You need TriDef as well as vittorios headtracking plugin. It's all described here:

thank you so much for the reply. from the link you provided, i'm able to use my DK2 in rFactor 1 now. But there is part of the image that is suppose to appear in between the 2 lenses (left and right) are missing. I look straight and a big chuck of image is not visble in between my eyes. Do you know how I can have that set up properly? I followed the instructions from the link and changed the Log file in the rFactor folder, but I couldn't fix this issue.
