...and I've forgotten what the solution is. Older tracks I worked on don't have this problem, because I used to know how to solve it:
The pace car pulls in, the green flag comes out. If the yellow comes out immediately thereafter, the pace car stays in its parking spot, lights flashing, but never joins the track.
Even ISI's own Joesville Speedway has this bug.
Anyone remember how to fix that?
