Plugins stop rfactor 1 rf2!!

Hi everyone!


I have rf1 1.255G version installed and whenever i install one extra plugin like, dashmeterpro or something that changes graphics like rfdynhud the game starts and goes to monitor but i cant hit race!!

tASK MANAGER SAYS: rfactor not working!!!

i use the 4gb patch, haven't tried without it...

What do u guys think??

Ran as admin and everytime the game launches it goes to task bar (minimizes)... but it runs... i just cannot drive!! my mouse moves normal and it's like i'd have a glass between the mouse and the ui!

How can i trace errors??

Is the same thing happening with a fresh install without any mods/tracks/plugins... installed?

To get a trace file, do this:

- if you don't have one, create a shortcut from rfactor.exe
- rightclick on it an choose "properties"
- in the line "target" add this at the end: -trace=3 ATTENTION, there has to be a space in front of the "-".
- the new line at the end should look like ......rfactor.exe -trace=3 or ......rfactor.exe" -trace=3
- click OK and start the game by using the shortcut
- move to the point where the game crashes/has the strange behaviour
- after leaving the game, look into your rfactor installation folder, subfolder UserData/LOG
- there you'll find a file called trace.txt
- to keep the file, rename it, because it will be overwritten when you next time start the game
