I purchased this game back on September 1, 2007 . . . before the 1.250 patch came out, or the 1.255f patch. Both of these required reactivations to be used.

It took at least one activation for each of the updates . . . for me it took the 4 remaining activations as I had a computer crash which occurred shortly after installing the patches the first time.

I remember the mod saying that the loss of activations due to problems with the patches would be remedied. Well, finally had another crash. So, I updated to Windows 7.

Today I reinstalled rFactor, but I got a notice that my number of activations have been exhausted.

Well . . . whose attention do I need to get to address this matter?

I know I'm a pain in the backside, but I do expect people to keep their word.
 
i finaly had to use the more activation system the other week and all went ok, so hopefully after such a post you will reply to say how it went so other new members on here dont just see someone joining the forums to moan about something.
