Problem with Microsoft Sidewinder Ffb Wheel

When I play with my Sidewinder Wheel, the Game ist slow and the Car sudenly crashs.

When I play with the Keyboard everthing is OK.
Is ther any Player with the same problem?

YES. I have this issue too. When I play without SideWinder FFwheel I have 65fps. With only 50fps.
Seems like there is an incompatibility with Win7 because on XP everything was running perfect.
Sincerily I have no idea what is making this huge fps drop.
