Problem with purchase

I am having an issue getting support to fix a problem with the email address used to purchase via Paypal. I have confirmation for Paypal the transaction was completed, and I have sent a request through the support link to have the email address corrected, but have received no reply. I also PM'd Tim Wheatley with the details. Can someone direct me on what to do?
