Problem with triple head to go, just the center screen work, other 2 are black

Hi guys i have a problem with a custom mod that doesn't work good, with 3 screens triple head to go, when ingame only the center screen works, other 2 are black. This happen with this mod only...What it can be? I can post the gen files and other if needed to help
