Problems with normals after export from 3ds Max

Hello guys, i have a very weird situation happen. Still in my WIP Moscow Raceway update, i'm rebuilding/updating the pit building and after delete some polygons and creating another i use the smooth tool to smooth all normals. In Max it looks good but after exporting and in-game it becomes a complete mess.

Any clue guys? The only way to get it looking good its exporting with 3dSimEd with auto smooth on 45º.

Do not use smooth tool. Use only one smoothing group on your objects and use detach to element on faces to get hard edges.
 
Even that way sometimes things got weird.

For example in this case seen the side that sun is projecting this side of wall should be completely in shadow no?
Wall aren't projecting shadow as well but i think that its because not splited and its too big.
