Race weekend starting position

Hi all,

I'm having trouble figuring out how to adjust the starting position in the Race Weekend mode. I'm using Rfactor 1 and I'm keeping very specific lap times and it is necessary to start in the same position for each lap.

If it helps, I'm using windows XP SP3
 
Settings -> Rules -> Race Grid Position (I think)... should work. Not sure I've ever tried.
