Rain tyres configuration is a difficult task and I've seen many leagues having problems when they try to find a realistic behavior from them. Normal issues are: Bad definition of working range, not enough overheating on dry, very low grip on dry, wrong balance of grip or heating between front and rear, etc,...
After a long work of testing and calculation I found the right configuration for the rain tyres. I offer two compounds with these characteristics:
- Operating range for each compound depending on wetness.
- Overheating and rapid wear on dry asphalt.
- Rapid changes in temperature, as corresponds to the combined effects of friction and track water cooling.
- Balanced on grip and wear between the two compounds.
- Lap times and wear according to real Formula 1 2013 championship
- Adjusted to the visual effects of rain.
